Getting the power right When it comes to cutting and annealing, you want a lot of heat in a very small space. We can tweak the wattage and voltage based on how fast your line is moving. Here is a pro tip: going with a higher voltage setup keeps the current draw low. This means you can use thinner wiring without worrying about the power dropping off across those long conveyor runs. Just a heads-up, though—if you crank the wattage to the max to speed things up, make sure your cooling fans can keep up. You don’t want your lamp sockets melting into a puddle. The gear inside We use high-purity quartz envelopes. Why? Because they let the IR radiation slide right through to the glass tube instead of getting trapped in the lamp. Some of our tubes even have special coatings that shift the heat spectrum, focusing the energy exactly where it needs to be: on the surface of the glass. And we stick to standard industrial connectors like R7s or SK15. They’re basically drop-in replacements. You won’t have to rip out your entire control panel and start over.
