
Stop Throwing Away Your Bathroom Heaters
Most bathroom heaters are basically disposable. They’re built as these sealed-up boxes, so the second a heating tube burns out—usually after a few years of hard work—the whole thing is trash. It’s a waste of money and a waste of materials. We thought that was crazy. So we changed the design. Instead of making a permanent fixture, we treated the heating element like a part you just swap out when it wears down. Simple as that.
No Tools, No Headache
We went with a plug-and-play setup for the infrared tubes. In the past, you’d have to deal with hard-wiring, stripping cables, or soldering connections while balanced on a ladder in a cramped bathroom ceiling. It’s a nightmare. Now? You just slide the old tube out and drop a new one in. It turns an hour of frustrating labor into a ten-minute job. We also spent a lot of time making sure the tube clicks into place perfectly. No rattling, no shaking, and no loose connections that cause the thing to fail early.
Dealing with the Heat
Here’s the reality: infrared tubes get incredibly hot to give you that instant warmth. Over time, the quartz wears down and the filament gets thin. That’s just physics. You can’t fight it. But you can stop the heat from destroying the rest of the heater. Our frames are designed to let air flow around the housing. This keeps the surrounding plastic from baking and becoming brittle over the years, so the actual structure of the heater lasts way longer.
The Catch
There is a trade-off. Because we added connectors and mounting brackets, the unit is a bit bigger than those welded, all-in-one models. It takes up a little more room. But if you’re a homeowner or managing a building, that extra inch doesn’t really matter. What matters is that you aren’t ripping out the entire electrical housing just because one tube quit. You just swap the part, flip the switch, and you’re warm again.
